Recently company has started following the systems of Bosch India, Parent entity of Bosch Chassis Systems India Pvt. Ltd. (also called as RBIC). RBIC very much in System Driven approach & the people in the organization are more having short term approach for problems. Dislikes

As far as my dislikes about the organisaton are concerned, I wont say I dislike but would like to have improvements in below areas:- 1. Freedom to employees. 2. Employee Motivation. 3. Clear growth plan should be shared and discussed with all the employees and not the selected few. 4. Processes should be strengthened related to Production and Quality.

Work Details

Well i am looking after the Material Planning, Production Planning and Warehouse management in the plant and when we put all these jobs together to be handled by a single person it becomes very challenging as well offers good learning in different areas.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
