Think Twice (or 100 Times) Before Joining! I had an extremely frustrating experience with the hiring process at this company. The HR team seems highly disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates' time and effort. 1. Misleading Information from HR: - I was asked to attend an in-person interview at Lodha Excelus, Mumbai, near Chinchpokli. However, the HR team incorrectly told me to get down at Lower Parel, causing unnecessary confusion. 2. Multiple Rounds with Poor Coordination: - After reaching the office, I was interviewed by Mr. Vishal Punjabi, who selected me. - Then, HR Sneha (based in Bangalore) asked me to attend a final interview the same day at 6 PM in Thane—without considering the logistics and time constraints. 3. Difficult Travel & Wasted Effort: - I had to rush to Thane and then take another bus to Patlipada, struggling to reach on time. - Despite all this effort, Ms. Hetal rejected me simply because I had switched jobs in 15 months. 4. Why Shortlist My CV in the First Place ? - My resume clearly mentioned my job tenure. If short tenure was an issue, why did HR even shortlist me and waste my time? This kind of unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the company. HR teams should respect candidates' time and ensure better coordination before calling people for interviews. Tools and strategies are good but the top managment's micro Management and the scolding by NIKHIL SINGH is unprofessional and lame By doing this he is just putting of his steam not doing any good for the company
