There's nothing to dislike about BS because everyone is so engaging and helpful. One thing that I really think need to start again is Friday fun and cricket games that has been completely discontinued in recent months.

Work policy: So at BS, we get to work from home as necessary. Also, when there is a celebration, we get flexible leaves and WFH.
