Since I am in production there is Zero work life balance! And it is a six day work week, it gets exhausting. My offer letter mentioned that it was a 5 days work week, but during the orientation I was informed that it was a MISTAKE and it would be a six days work week, which is extremely unprofessional of the HR team. Work environment is quite biased. The management prioritizes the product outcome over ANYTHING, we could be working for 16 hours straight and get nothing in return plus there is no OT allowance.
