Company policies are good. It has learning culture where employees learn a lot. Teammates and management are supportive.

Dislikes

Overall company is good. Just some things can be changed. For eg. 2 year bond is too much for married staff as most of them are foreigners. 2. The new employees must be trained

The job was quite challenging I struggled a lot in the beginning due to lack of training and new environment. I learnt everything on job from my seniors, juniors and teammates. I got promoted and enjoyed a lot my work.
