I really love working at Bihar state disaster management authority because here I started my career as a civil engineer Mason trainer from the beginning and came to that stage of my career where I can tackle any problems or challenges in management,training and all.

The only thing I dislike is ,here we do not have the job security or consistency in our work .

Work Details

Our work life is is much interesting as we have to travel different districts of Bihar every month and have to meet new people’s,explore new places ,learn new things every time , and to give training of 30 masons twice a month
