HOD doesn't check on the executives. Listens to what AM or Managers say and based on that review decides the fate of the executive designer. Not a healthy way to work. No ethics.

Salary is best in the industry. Other MNC benefits like 5 day a week, lexi work hours, medical and personal insurance and presently work from home etc is there.

Dislikes

Hell lot of politics. Inter-departmental clashes. Very slow career growth. Job security is very low.
