No work pressure. Even if work pressure there only PPC l, Design, IIM department only work pressure remain departments no work pressure.

Dislikes

This company is running through Diploma & Apprentices only employes never work nor plan... It's not use no matter how hard you work they will recruit only ladies and no support for hardworkers for apprentices for next role promotions after you completed a term of work. In BDL Visakhapatnam HR is worst he only recruit ladies and favours ladies. Don't ever join it and regret it later even now Im regretting. Join BEL instead of BDL....Read More
