The school does not have good environment to work. The directors only interferes in the matters where no need of them. Question paper quality, repeated questions, notebook correction zero quality, answer sheets checked by teachers and given marks more more at will. Principal announcing unnecessary things in morning assembly. Work culture is zero. Principal does not have any policies and actually does not know any work. She does not have her own ideology and least interested in making improvements. The school remains open on gazetted holidays and government holidays for teachers. Directors are very much involved into unnecessary things and where attention is required no one gives attention. There is no way to reach and talk to director as you have to talk to Principal only and for meeting director need to take appointments. Here award is given to those who pleases principal. The Principal is making fool to the directors. Many teachers left because of principal and the directors didnt even asked them. The most hurting is when u work for more than 10 years and you are treated like labours. Coordinators are really life threatening to complete the syllabus just. Quality of education is going down again. A lot of favouritism and favourism is there. Principal's favourites are not at all working, coming school late no issues, not teaching properly with very bad feedback but no issue because they entertain her and sits with her for hours. You can see unqualified and non degree holders teaching in various classes. The feedback of many spoons of Principal is not good but she never takes any action. Her spoons never worked. Pinaci only roam in school no work. Rakesh just entertains her with zero work. Pooja and usha are just two standing coordinators. All these talk in the corridors, takes call during class. The management says it does not but also favours their spoons and favourite people. Coordinators are just threatening. Awards goes to spoons with no quality. Director talks very rudely to everyone thinking himself as king. Experienced old teachers just see spoons taking award. Quality less people work here. One bad fish makes pond dirty like one Principal making whole school environment shit. She just sits in her room talking for hours with spoons and no work. Class clashes , Teachers leaving clases in between for her work , for gossiping and no problem. A lot of teachers left the job due to unnecessary workload a very high workload because principal doesnt want anyone to sit even for a minute even she only sits whole day and never works. Stand for one day and you will realise. Sitting in AC room and instructing is easy. Just believing on her so called personal assistants who used to sit with her for hours. Teachers who worked for more than 15 years were not given awards but the spoons were awarded. Politics at high peak. For CBSE Copy checking duty teachers salary deducted which is against rules.Director should talk to senior teachers and each teacher to know reality of the school. They should see how things must work. Usha and pooja threatens teachers for doing their work. No spoon wants to work here. U can see people drinking in school. Many teachers left from the school but directors are not concerned about it. They are good but atleast need to see principal's work also. Quality of education is going down. Where teachers are suffering , think how education there is. Favouritism , favourism , no work for favourites is now synonym for this school. Hitler's rule is seen here where principal is working at her will and she doesnt care about anyone and anything. Wrong message goes in the market about the image of the school.
