Since 1992, BFS Associates been known as one of the elite Accounting/Finance and Human Resources placement firms serving eastern New England. Recently we have also formalized a specialty practice focusing on placement of Supply Chain Professionals. We find candidates almost exclusively by referral from trusted sources, resulting in an interview-to-placement ratio unmatched in the industry. Our competition relies heavily on Internet job sites to obtain candidates. In stark contrast, we draw upon our vast network to identify the "passive"​ job seekers whom other recruiters and Human Resources staff rarely encounter.
