It's a construction equipment company so we need to provide good service and maintenance to every customer so we are always ready to go anywhere in North East without delay.Here I have learned how to activate myself without tiring and how to adopt the difference environment conditions within a very less time.its a very nice advanturious experienced while someone working at Beml in North East zone.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Very less time to get rest and very risky for contractual person who r working under third party because Beml can't take whole responsibility for us. Therefore, We feel insecure in some extent.

Work satisfaction - Bad
Work-life balance - Poor
