Dislikes

No job security. Employees can be removed same day of joining without seeing their performance. Many employees are already removed from day one of joining to within a year without evaluating their performance. Even after giving offer letter and date of joining, bechtel rejected a day before joining date without any reason. Very risky, use and kick out type company.

In Trojena, line and connector , spine some 300 people they terminated, just hire and fire. And specially indians, because Saudi Bechtel is controlled by some group of people and they only keeping their own people, indian, Sri lanka, and other nationalities they are targetting and removing. Please do enquiry before going their, check with others what happens in Trojena and spine

Dislikes

Dirty poltics by higher management people who purposely targetting Indians. Only few Arabic speaking country people are safe, rest all is hire and fire, becareful before joining don proper investigation.
