The company is good for 40+ age people. This is a Government Company. Good for people who would like to run their own business with a Job.

Dislikes

Food Quality is Worst. Management is not trustworthy and no decision-making. Management, including middle management, conducts interviews and implements processes from other companies at BCH. However, they are unwilling to hire employees and offer competitive salaries No Value for Good Working Employees.
