- low remuneration - office infrastructure not well kept - no refreshments available in office except for tea/coffee twice a day - career growth is slow - not updated with necessary technology - work from home is frowned upon due to mistrust in the management that the employees won’t work from home - any changes in the functioning of the company is resisted since much of the senior staff is beyond 58 years of age and don’t want to adapt to latest tech. - 6-day week (only second and fourth Saturday is off)...Read More

Dislikes

Salary problem. They give new fresher engineer 26k 30k but when you have 1 years experience in this company they have no increment. HR policy is very bad. They rude behaviour.
