Worst exp of my carrier no job security from base to senior level management. Totally Lala Culture

Lots of Politics in Ho there are Ho some staff ,Their are having hobby of doing politics. No Appraisal from last 2 year in 2 years Covid tenure Average is 30-40% wages has been given by Organization. Fraud Company Fake promises for Appraisal and Promotions Either you have given lot to the organisation but there are top management seniors those who don't have thier own minds and eyes.
