For freshers it is best to work and get knowledge and exposure in all departments.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Low salaries for M pharama students, no cab facility, no food court or cantinee atleast, no incentives.

Work Details

Joined as a trainee in QA department, got work experience in all departments first 4 months of training period after, worked in documentation. After six months promoted as executive QA. Basic knowledge I got in Bal Pharm. Almost more than 20months I worke

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
