Baker is a good company to work for, but just like anywhere you have big company politics, personality conflicts, pros/cons.

Got fired after working 3 months extra of my regular schedule, because they could arrange my flight back.

Dislikes

It's all about pressure pumping department udaliya, working like family owned company. Does not follow policy in place by Baker and management favours the people from their own race . It's like one group of people running the show.
