It's an excellent place for those who have to learn the nuances of implementing a rural development/climate change adaptation and mitigation project on ground. Lots of learning opportunities along with the exposure of handling a project right from the scratch.

Dislikes

The compensation offered is very low when compared with industry standards. Also, the benefits (monetary or non-monetary) doesn't stand anywhere close to what an MBA graduate must receive.
