I joined kolkata location as an senior executive after clearing ca as a fresher. There is no training provided for software used, long long working hours. HRBP - Sid is a cunning guy . He tricked me to release early without allowing me to take resignation approval. I was new so unaware of big 4 office politics. Now I am at their mercy . Till they give me my service letter I will have to sit at home without resignation approval i cannot join anywhere....Read More
