Likes

Overall company culture is good. It is a very stable company. Policies are good. Medical and Healthcare facilities provided to employees are best in class. Flexibility in work timings.

Dislikes

Job rotation/ internal movement of employees is not there. Not much independence in decision making. Need to involve French people in decision making which sometimes create confusion.
