I worked here for 20 months but I didn't get the work life balance. Here I suffered only the frustration, heavy work load, mental harrasment and tension because of the micro management and non required interfere of the technology manager, founder and co-founder. I worked 15 hrs / day sometimes I was 18 hrs /day till 3 am on deployment days. Everyday their was 4-6 meeting also 2 meetings with founder and co-founders. Also the appraisal and promotion is not satisfactory and salary is also not as per the work load....Read More
