We are a young and dynamic real estate developer. We are the Avant Group and we are passionately focused on building affordable luxury homes for the new age home buyers.
For over 13 years, the Avant Group has left an indelible mark on the skyline of Mumbai. Our housing projects deliver the best of both worlds: Affordable Luxury and Connected Living.
The group has already built over 4 Lakhs sq. Ft. and has a pipeline of over 3 million sq. ft. of redevelopment projects across the western suburbs in Mumbai: Khar, Andheri, Jogeshwari and Goregaon, through JVs or independently. The group also has a second home project in Pawna (near Lonavala), off the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
