Nothing I liked about avacend they recruit people on third party as vendor for Huawei where work ethics work life balance is very poor .Never get hired in Huawei through Avacend they will tell you that there will be overtime and weekends is off hut reality is diffrent no OT no weekends off .you have to work for at least 14 hrs a day.You will have to ask and take follow up for everything .Poor management no body answers or solves your query ....Read More
