Auronext(Eugia Pharma) is a FDA group and sterile plant a subsidiary of aurobindo pharma, compliance level is good as per expectation policies is not bad over all well working culture develop and job security depend on your culture but job secure till now.

Good work environment. The working exposure was good. This site having the DPI, API and Lyophilized products. Good for learning.

Dislikes

The management and the policies is not transperant. Site has despiratly needed good leaders and leadership. The organisation is very good. Company could provide better employee facilitation and less work pressure.
