This is to clarify you on your false comments here, there is no such practices here, company is exist since 20 years on its strong employee friendly culture, there are 90% of its employees are having stable career, if any outstanding payable - submit the NOC and get cleared your payments, if i knew who you are i would have given more details here how honest you are, the people who has better caliber and adequate skillsets to perform the role for which they have been appointed for are with us and if they left for better opportunity might have left with respect, those who are unfit for them company will not entertain and retain by paying salary.
