Company culture is good.Work life balance is ok.Training and trainers are really great.Here are the best scientific advanced trainings are given by one of the best training teams in the industry.
1.)They are giving unachievable targets without thinking about particular territory's potential and pressure on the field force.Company management just don't want to give incentives and good appraisals that's why they are giving unachievable targets to sales employees. 2)There are no foreign trips/cash prize for super achievers.EvenIndian companies are giving motivation to their employees by giving such trips/cash prize to their super performer employees.Many MNCs are also doing so. 3)Insurance is the part of your CTC here unlike many other good pharma MNCs.A good amount will be deducted from your CTC every year. 4)Incentive policies are worst in the industry.Management should seriously look into this if they really want to grow in India and want to be among top 10 "best place to work". 5)Company is really not serious about yearly health check ups, especially for field force which is the back bone of any company.Management should ensure a good health check up plan at local level(HQ level) or reimburse the amount. 6)Pathetic marketing strategies and very low pricing(even for the patented brands) for the institutions in comparison to competitors.Therefore,they are leaving far behind of competitors in brand value month by month despite of most efficient field force.This is time to serious introcpection of your marketing strategy makers.Very slow as compared to competitors.Company should be aggressive in terms of marketing strategies instead of being aggressive in doing cost cuttings for the field force.Hope for the best for AstraZeneca....Read More
