Starting the pandemic, work at home was welcoming news. Later on, this has become an opportunity that many misused and when questioned, they feel insecure. With such a mindset, they put up negative reviews where employers can't help with every such remark. Recently we have been hearing about "Moonlighting", which has become a buzzword in the industry. We have been working hard to maintain a platform that educates MSMEs in India, which is one of the toughest tasks and we have been successfully managing for the last 13 years. We are always open to giving the opportunity to the right employee who can lead a team and grow professionally and personally. However, when they are questioned for nonperformance, they cover up by giving excuses and later post negative reviews not knowing the overall hardship taken by the management to take such a humongous task while balancing both our staff and customer requirements....Read More

Those non-performers, despite giving them multiple chances to prove, fail miserably. In ceratin cases, we have given more than 6 months with out seeing much of performaces. When they take a decision to leave, we still have tried to offer them a different job role. But, they still leave de to teh fear of lossing in the next job rle as wel and vent-out the fear by posting negative reviews! Sad.
