1. Working hours are about 15-16 hours and NO WEEKLY OFF. 2. If you're a GET, you will get around 8k-12k per month after this you'll have to pay 2.5k for PF and around 2k for mess every month. After all this you will be left with 5-6k only. 3. If you're a engineer, you will get around 12k-20k depending on your experience. 4. You will get a free accommodation but it's a hostel with very small rooms and 3 people will be sharing a single room. 5. You will have to walk 10-12 km daily. 6. There is a lot of politics and the management is poor. 7. There is no career growth. 8. No job security, insurance. 9. No cafeteria, no team outings.
