Market leader and dominant , even though being part of big group company is managed by executive board . Continuous liking for growth in market is best thing. Medical benefits, employee care is best

Dislikes

Career growth is slow , you may stuck for 5 year at same designation, best performer gets 5% in basics, which is penny. Earlier benefits like housing , cars are withdrawn ,hence expenses have gone up for employees
