The client base of the Company is good as you deal with the people of the Middle East and you hire people for Managerial Roles. They offer a competitive salary for the Talent Acquisition role.

Dislikes

They care least about employees Health. They don't care about work life balance. There is lack of resources for the employees. They micro manage the employees throughout the day. They don't even provide proper training to the new joiners. They don't even give importance to employee feedbacks. They ask employees to work over time and don't offer any compensation for doing overtime.
