Applop (previously called Oiral) is an app development platform enabling users to build apps online without any technical knowledge. Can be used in industries like retail, service providers, corporates, institute associations, food etc. Users can login, select any category and fill details. App gets created in Google play store which is free for 30 days. After that user gets charged as per the plan selected. Selected for the NASSCOM 10,000 Startups Kolkata Warehouse in 2015. Also has three other categories - Applop Pay, Applop Cities and Applop Gyan. Applop Pay is a mobile app to receive payments over SMS with zero transaction charges and is available on feature and smart phones. Applop Cities are mobile apps catering to specific cities and providing news, and other information about the cities. Applop Gyan is an application providing bite-sized information for learning and claims to have content curated by over 30 industry experts. Raised $100k in seed funding from GHV accelerator in Dec 2015 and another bridge round of $250k in July 2016. Selected for the Fb Start program in March 2017.
