Applied Optical Technologies Pvt Ltd largely proudly called it as AOT worldwide established in 2003. Their setup was shifted to Ambernath in 2011. Here there is no Experts in any of the field. They don't require any Experts in any Field. They like Candidates who don't know anything because they will not ask much salary. AOT never likes Candidates who grow higher level in terms of Knowledge and Don't like becoming Top Expert in any of the Field. AOT if understand that the candidate is becoming knowledgeable in any particular field , they immediately change the position by calling the candidate personally and from tomorrow onwards the candidate is shifted to the new area where the development requires But they will utilise the candidate knowledge even if the candidate is posted in different sections. AOT is too smart to cut the feathers of the Potential Candidates. AOT speaks always with Colgate smiles 😁, by showing wrong impression that they care the candidates too much. AOT always speaks proudly that None of the Candidates left their Company. There are lot of Harassment inside the Company. Lot of Internal Politics. Managers even don't know anything. They got a great Art of Trapping the Candidates in any problems where the Candidates won't be able to escape out. Appointing lots of People in the Organisation and just throwing/ treating the Old Staffs as if they are a dustbin. AOT itself don't know who is the General Manager ,Production Manager, Purchase activities, Sales activities,Exports, Marketing- Because of No Designation and mixed work. AOT compells the Staffs to take the new tasks always, that is AOT Strength. ISO inside nothing implemented. They are just making fool to each employee by shifting the employee from one position to another position without Designation. They use the employees for their benefit and if everything is success then they just throw it like a waste. They treat old employees like a dustbin. No employee will speak this due to fear of losing job / harassments inside but it's a fact. Production incharge who was doing better n fast production of a particular products also he was generating sales leads, once the product is seen exposed in market widely, that employee is just transferred to Stores n Warehouse section. Designations are written for each employee in ISO documents and changes frequently in no time. They don't Value Employee and Designations. Appointing new staffs frequently with high pay to do bossing on the old staffs and to just show the old staffs that they are incapable to work in the company even though candidates are too smart .If old candidate leaves the job they will deduct handsome amount from their last salary, they will just give experience letter saying that they were just helpers, Sweepers, doing some petty works, admin works, executive works, not doing any responsible jobs givi@ the end minute i.e 5.59pm of the last day of the employee because they just want to cut the feathers of the employee. An Employee who was taking care of Complete Exports, Imports, Indirect taxation Central Excise, GST, International Exhibition Cordinations, Visiting Govt Offices,from several years being told to shift to STORE / WAREHOUSE TO COUNT THE GOODS and finally the candidate decided to leave the Job and requested for Experience Letter : AOT has mentioned in Experience Letter that the candidate was working with them from several years as a low level admin staff and even deducted more than 50% salary from that employees last salary. which will lead to Employees career downstream. They just want candidate to come back to the same company and keep quite. This Company will definitely have to pay for everything they are doing and did with each of the employees.
