Nothing much except good patient exposure

Dislikes

Almost everything. Pathetic experience to work here. Pay is very less .No appraisals,no hikes, no yearly bonus.No employee benefits,no health insurance. surprisingly there is no maternity leave policy also . Doctors are fired for taking maternity leave.No job security. Worst micro management ,they just pressure you to reach the target instead of focussing on the actual problems.Managers are biased and are least bothered about the Apollo clinics rather busy with their personal clinics....Read More
