No work culture. No ethics. No HR policy. HR doesn’t follow its global policy. It’s old age home. No growth for young engineers. No level and grade system. Appraisal cycle is the worst in organisations. No transparency. The worst work life balance. Bosses keep their face shine in front of higher management.
