Company Culture is quite good, Friendly nature colleagues. A lot of new learning opportunities for freshers. Free meal provided by the company. Time to time team building get-together. Each and Every Festival celebrated with joy in our company. Company's MD. is a great person.

So many thing are dislike 1- work culture like a you are a labour any time management is dicided today is ot and Sunday is working. 2. Not maintained ant standard if you talk about iso certificate.. company have but I this this is fake . If you talk about floor temperature this is also every time out of standard. Floor temperature is impact on product reliability. I don't know why coustomer is not see . In future you also face in your Vivo mobile so many problems like side volume key is not working, your fpcba is dry .. Vivo India is not auditing properly. 3. Job security if you talk about job security why you are talking about job security. Any time hr ask you give me Regine another company fired you . Any time company revised hr policy any time change . 4.totally time waste company. 5 . No crearer growth no salary insentive, that it's if you join own your risk...Read More
