Dislikes

If you are joining this company as TSO bare in mind that you will be riding bike 3000 km a month on an avg in entire rural territory of yours. No invectives. Less expenditure returns. It's hardcore travelling and trading business here.

A well settled brand with a strong network, spread across India. Extremely Dealer/ Channel centric company. Policy oriented and ethical company.

Dislikes

Employee comes last for this company. Though your job is safe, yes, people retire from Ambuja even after doing nothing for years together. But that's lucrative for only those who don't want to work and enjoy the free-meal. No perks for employees, no fixed working hours, expected to work on weekends too. Marketing guys are expected to be in the market on their motorbikes (unlike every other company in the industry which reimburses you a car allowance), irrespective of the distance you travel which may go upto 200-250 KMs EVERYDAY (though the company policy doesn't allow you to travel more than 60KMs in a day on a 2-Wheeler). Work Details

I was in Marketing dept of the company. Spend almost 3 years handling channel Sales and Brand development. The work gets monotonous after a point of time in the market. You've a certain set of people to meet, hardly a few modifications in that.
