The people who are above L3 are miserable They feel that they are giving salary from their pocket. Too much politics in the departments. No transparency. The work culture in ATS AMZL is really not acceptable. Managers, senior managers(TM) are the political game players. wanted to do all the cheap work from their subordinates (team leads) , no respect at all. HRBP are the worst people I've seen. Zero connect with the people. They are in the pocket of the managers. In a simple words if you do "*licking*" your having a great future ahead or get ready to be on DP and be removed from the system. What ever talent you have no consideration. Especially in AP TL patch.
