AREML is good in giving work life balance to some extent. Job security is there as there will be no companies who will take you as you are from battery industry. Very few players in Batteries, so no one switch from AREML.

Dislikes

Disparity in Salaries at all hierarchy levels. Salaries are very bad as compared to market, as HR knows that their employees will not go anywhere as other companies doesn't offer much weightage to battery sales. Forget about promotions, people here in AREML is not promoted from 16-17 years. Lot of groupism and favoritism is at top level.
