1. No autonomy for the senior management team. 2. Micro Management by the MD in every thing. 3. Terrible language and attitude by MD in review meetings 4. MD is very grumpy and moody and runs the company on his whims and fancies 5. Stop work culture, revises/downgrades the salary and position without any notice or review.
