This loyalness could have not achieved by compassionate and dependable HR. To achieve cost reduction in products with high Quality all the departments including R & D ,D&D, Production and Quality are committed to research new technology and innovation. Internal Poltics in management circle is one of the drawbacks which make them unable to work as team. One has to work hard a lot and gets a time a lot to come up in promotion. Increments are below expectation.
