Nothing. Abusive language and behavior of Department head make your life miserable. And this not related to performance. Heads follow this to show owner that they are working. For 1/2 hrs work they will call you 10 to 15 times yell and shout at you and remind u that they pay u.

In my 6 months of work period I saw 3 accounts (quite well experienced) people were told they have to leave job within 1 month of joining without salary. 1-Regulatory GM, 6-Regulatory manager, assistant manager, executive resigned because of toucher of Ms.Pratima Pawar. 2-regulatory in factory resigned+ 12 people in factory resigned. Every month people are joining 'Procurement /Purchase department' and 2 to 3 people leaving. 1) There is toxic treatment give to managers & downline. 2) You will get no sick leave. 3) Office working hrs are till 6:30, but you have to do late sitting till 8:30 & if since there is less staff always so you have come for work on holidays but without comp-off. 4) No appreciation for hard work. Common for all department in Mumbai office: daily abusing language from heads and company bosses. daily treat to remove from job inspite of good performance. til 1 year no holidays allowed. after 1 year (mostly people dont stay so long) ur holiday will lapse but you will not be given holiday. the day they will get person with less salary then you, company will remove you with stupid reason on ur performance etc. u get salary after 10th of next month & they will remove you 2 to 3 days before that so that they dont pay you for the month you have already worked. they will call you for work on sunday's & saturday (2nd,4th which is suppose to be holiday in ur offer letter) and rest of the working days you have to do late work till night i.e 7:30, 8:30, 9:30 or 10:00. After doing this much ur company will have no respect while talking to you. Your head will play blame game and that will cost your job within same day. No rest, No peace, no respect. no salary. no credits for hardship, No job security which is too dangerous for family people. Ever day they have target of removing 2 to 3 people to impress bosses.
