No sense of organised work. No sense of employees personal life and well being. Expects employee to work 24×7. Expecting work on weekends and overtime on daily basis is considered regular here. Seniors want to hold complete monopoly of knowledge of the product and infrastructure. They don't want to share thebknowledge nor want to train the team.
