Working in Afcons in very great opportunity. and Accommodation and Job satisfaction is good. And they conduct so many training programmes, it helps to gain more knowledge. Salary is also very high and on time comparing to other companies. I also like company re-hire policy here is good. Conducting get to gather party's is impressive.

Dislikes

Here growth is very slow, some times i have to work 13 - 15 hours. Promotion period is very long. and low level employees (Engineer except managers) have very less chance for good Grade/Increment. and Site Management is very bad comparing to HO management.
