The company provides a dedicated prayer room. The work environment is supportive during Ramadan.

Dislikes

Management structure could be more organized to enhance efficiency. A dedicated team for call auditing and escalations would improve operational processes. The IT team follows strict policies on system settings, which can sometimes be restrictive. Cross-departmental boundaries could be better maintained to avoid unnecessary interference. Senior employees play a crucial role in operations, but more structured support for different processes would be beneficial. The offer letter is provided at the time of exit rather than during onboarding, which might be a concern for some employees. Some employees, including myself, experienced a prolonged bench period before project allocation. The company enforces a one-year commitment, which could be more flexible. Employee identification cards are not provided. Pantry facilities are limited, with no dedicated space for meals. The available microwave needs maintenance. Only milk-based coffee is provided, and options for beverages could be improved. Notice-period policies could be more stable, as terminations have occurred even during this period.
