Job not secured here. Working culture very poor. Every decisions are made by directors.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management does not take correct decisions. salary is descent but careers does not growth here. Management takes two years bond from general cast only and left them before if employee ask for increment or denied to do extra working hrs.

My working life is so struggled in beginning. And enjoy joyful time after getting well trained the workers.

Good work environment and culture.managements is transparent.They give salary and other benefits like bonous .The higher management is good and decent .

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and they did not stood on their words . salary growth is poor. No respect givens to any new persons. Job time is like a (bad) dictatorship.
