Lot of politics and it's more than that manager behaves with team members, and worse than that which I have seen in the organisation is for taking marriage leave manager will not allow if he is approving the leave it will be only for 5-7days, on top of it he will say there is no other culture to participate, every individual religion, caste has different different culture of getting married, if you tell that is all shit and damn what kind of manager you have hired and on what basis you have given him a team to handle, very bad very bad... Dint even expected this kind of bad culture birla is having because of these type Managers company name is getting spoiled and I am not afraid to tell the name of the manager as well because he has done lot of politics with all.
