There is no work life balance. GM used to interfere in every departments . Whatever he talks or discusses that's the final thing. Higher management used to dominate women employees and they keep some key people who does nothing but a good informer and they give promotions and increments to them. They will threaten you if your department does mistakes but not to their favourite people. if you come 5mins late once in a blue moon they will question you but who comes 30mins/ 45mins late they don't tell anything because they are favourites to them.
