Coordination within various business units for achiving a single goal.

1. Incomeptent leaderships within some departments , which results in bad decision making because of their lack of experience. 2. Favouritisim / rasicism by certian individuals within some of the department managers / VP. 3. Career growth is verly limited combined with no pay raise ( in 5 years there was 0 incriment given). 4. KPI setting is only based on business growth , personal development is not considered , as personal development index remains the same....Read More
