lack of transparency: during the interview process, I found the HR representative to be baised and not forthcoming with the important deatils, perticularliy concerning compensation and benefits . despite asking direct questions the HR would often evade the topic or defer the discussion. I was promised with the specific increased in my growth plan with company . however when the time came this promise was retracted without giving valid explanation leaving me feeling misled. altogh the brand has great potential, the current management seems iiequiped to handle and retain talented empoyees, this could potentially jeopardize the companys future success if not addressed....Read More
