Aarohan is a Complete letdown. Despite enticing promises during the hiring process, the reality is starkly different. HR and Director Sagar Patil present attractive offers, but the company fails to pay salaries on time, exposing a serious financial crunch. The management is mess, mark by poor communication, a toxic working culture, and a blatant lack of professionalism. Task are mishandled, deadlines are routinely missed, and the employee bear the brunt of the company's mistakes.
